I have been incredibly fortunate to live an amazing life, and I am extremely excited to share this next chapter with you.
My love for food started early in life and has always included delicious baked goods. My mother, Jackie, had some signature classics like chocolate chip-cream cheese cupcakes and various Bundt cakes, but nothing compared to her lemon bars. I began giving these bars to various friends and family as gifts or to try and help cheer someone up. The responses and reactions were always so positive and, unbeknownst to them, encouraging.
My passion to feed people and the quality of Mom’s lemon bars were the primary drivers behind my decision to pivot midlife and follow my heart. As a result, Bill’s Bars was formed in 2022.
I am so grateful to all the people who helped get me to this point and am excited for what the future holds. Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you enjoy these bars as much as I have my entire life.

Lemon

The one that started it all.
A crisp, flaky crust topped with a bright, silky lemon curd - the kind that makes you close your eyes after the first bite. Sweet, tart, and timeless. This is the recipe that lived on the counter and disappeared first.
Lemon Lime
Built from the original,
but with a sharper twist.
The same delicate crust and smooth citrus layer, finished with the unmistakable tart pop that only lime can deliver. Familiar with just a little extra spark.
Lemon Berry
Inspired by the OG,
but dressed for summer.
Swirls of puréed blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries fold into the bright lemon base. Sweet, tart, and fruity — like something you’d find at a family gathering where everyone asks for the recipe.
Pecan
A classic that feels like it's
been part of the family for years.
A buttery, firm crust — sturdy enough to hold every rich, caramelized bite, topped with a sweet and salty pecan filling. Comforting, familiar, and just indulgent enough to make it feel like a special occasion, even if it’s just a Tuesday.
